Buttermilk Pancakes

Fluffy, pillowing pancakes. On a lazy weekend morning.  And you can make the batter the night before in your whipped cream dispenser and have it ready to go in the morning.  No rush and no fuss!

Here’s the recipe.

  • 2 × egg(s)
  • 0.5 g salt
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 g cinnamon
  • 20 ml oil
  • 150 g buttermilk
  • 5 g honey
  • 3 g baking powder
  • 100 ml water

  1. Mix all the ingredients, including the baking powder, and pour through the whipped cream dispenser. Screw on 1 Cream Charger and shake vigorously.
  2. Heat the oil in a coated pan if possible and immediately add some dough to the pan with the whipped cream dispenser
  3. Heat in oiled pan over medium heat for approx. 1 minute each side until golden yellow.
Serving suggestion:
  • Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to shape them, then serve warm with maple syrup and fruit or flavoured cream.
