Perfect Whipped Cream

 

 

Homemade whipped cream is what the whipping siphon was made for.  After you make this once you’ll never buy store-bought whipped cream again.  Super simple, you can make it in 5 minutes to top off your coffee, hot chocolate, or favorite desserts.  The possibilities are endless.  The happiest ending to any dessert or drink.

 

Ingredients:

  • 250g Cream, whipping
  • 12g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla bean, scraped (optional)

Equipment:

  • Whisk 
  • Whipping siphon 
  • N2O cartridge
  • Large Bowl

Yield: 275g Whipped Cream

Timing: 5 min

 

Instructions:

  1. Using a large bowl, add sugar and vanilla bean and whisk until well combined. Then add cream and whisk until blended. Pour into whipped cream dispenser.
  2. Close lid tightly to seal canister. Charge with one N20 cartridge. Shake 6-7 times. Let sit for a 2-3 minutes.
  3. Hold dispenser upside down and dispense fresh whipped cream!
