Perfect Whipped Cream
Homemade whipped cream is what the whipping siphon was made for. After you make this once you’ll never buy store-bought whipped cream again. Super simple, you can make it in 5 minutes to top off your coffee, hot chocolate, or favorite desserts. The possibilities are endless. The happiest ending to any dessert or drink.
Ingredients:
- 250g Cream, whipping
- 12g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean, scraped (optional)
Equipment:
- Whisk
- Whipping siphon
- N2O cartridge
- Large Bowl
Yield: 275g Whipped Cream
Timing: 5 min
Instructions:
- Using a large bowl, add sugar and vanilla bean and whisk until well combined. Then add cream and whisk until blended. Pour into whipped cream dispenser.
- Close lid tightly to seal canister. Charge with one N20 cartridge. Shake 6-7 times. Let sit for a 2-3 minutes.
- Hold dispenser upside down and dispense fresh whipped cream!
